FQA of after-sales

Can I return the product if I don't like it?

Because of the high requirements on M.I.N.T packaging condition, please know that we do not accept returning unless the product has severe defects / shipping damage beyond repair after the package is opened. Please consider thoroughly before purchase. For more info, please refer to our return policy.

What if I receive a defective product?

The supplier is responsible to provide after-sale service and product quality control. If you receive a defective product, please contact us, we would communicate with our suppliers and help you resolve it. For more info, please refer to our after-sales policy.

What if I receive a damaged product because of rough shipping?

Usually we would do our best to protect the package well so that it could endure the long transport process, but sometimes things just can't be perfect. If you receive a package was extreme damage to the packaging box, please send photos to us, we'll reimburse you accordingly.

What if I receive a wrong product, or my package is missing items that I ordered?

We are sorry if such mistakes happens. 

For missed out items, as soon as we confirm it's true, we would send you another package immediately.

For wrongly shipped items, if you are willing to keep the wrong item, we would give you a discounted price on the wrongly-shipped item, and refund you for the price difference. If you have no intention to keep the wrong product, we would pay for the returning postage, and send you the right product / issue you a full refund.
