Because of the nature of collectible articles, we do not accept return requests unless the item has severe quality defects compared with the normal effect. (Know more → Return & Exchange Policy)
Pre-orders could be cancelled without penalty before the release. (Know more → Pre-order policy)
The final release time is subject to the actual production progress by the manufacturer, and could differ from the estimation. The release delay is not under our control. We would notify you immediately after we receive updates from the supplier.
Shipping: We ship from China , and provide free shipping to most countries (Know more → Countries supported with free shipping). Free shipping is a 2-3 week delivery time on average(Countries in South America need longer). We also provide expedited shipping to some countries. You can know all of the available shipping methods and their cost when you submit the cart to checkout.
Packaging: We would do our best to protect your package and let it arrive with good condition.
Declare: By default, we will use an amount around USD 20 to declare your package.
The major use of reward points is that they can be redeemed to coupons(store credits). You can use these coupons as money to get discounts on your future purchases.
We currently support coupon redemption for the following 2 amounts:
500 points for a USD 5.00 off coupon
1000 points for a USD 10.00 off coupon
The conversion rate between the points and discount value is subject to the actual display. You can access the reward panel and click "ways to redeem" to get more details.
Current full price is guaranteed when release.
If you pre-order, you are guaranteed to have the current price when release.
Pre-order products won't apply to any sales campaigns that has direct price markdowns, we would keep the it stable. You don't have to worry about whether you ordered it in the best time or not.
If we really have to change the price
Very randomly, but if we really have to change the price because of an adjustment in cost / market reasons / supplier's direct requirements, here is what we do:
Price goes higher
It would not affect you, you would still have the price when you ordered.
Price goes lower
We would refund you the exceeding amount.
Note: this would not apply after the product is released for more than 3 months.
We ship from China(mainland).
We use fullytraceable tracking numbers for all packages.
For most countries we ship to, a standard shipping plan is offered for free, as we already include the postage in the product's pricing (Scroll down to the spreadsheet for specifics)
If the shipping cost for us to send a package to a country is above the average cost, we will charge the exceeding part which will reflect as a postage during the checkout.
For some countries, we support multiple shipping plans. You can see a list of all available shipping methods along with their prices and descriptions on the checkout page and choose any to proceed.
If postage is needed because the shipping to a country is not free or that the buyer chooses an expedited shipping method, the charge will take place when the order is placed. If it is a pre-order, the postage will be collected when the order is placed instead of when paying the balance.
If the chosen shipping method (e.g., most expedited couriers: DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.) comes with a relatively high fixed cost per package, extra postage is needed if the order requires split shipments.
EU Tax is added to the postage
Orders from the EU are currently the only ones we collect tax on.
The tax is calculated together with the postage, which means the postage displayed is the sum of tax and actual net postage.
You may see your country listed with a standard shipping plan of "free shipping" while the check-out page still display a cost in the postage field. The reason is because that the displayed value is not postage, but tax.
The tax for one product is $1~$5, according to the product category instead of the actual price.
Shipping methods for countries
Below is a spreadsheet of all the countries we can ship to and their shipping options.
The cost of the standard shipping is listed: Free shipping / weight-based. "Weight-based" means the postage of the postage value is based on the weight of the items in this order.
All expedited shipping options require postage.
We will update this spreadsheet according to the real-time shipping cost level. Please refer to the postage calculated during checkout as the most accurate information.
This item is in-stock (released) and could ship immediately.
When you are seeing this badge, it means this product is already in our warehouse for despatch, and has finished its pre-order status. We can arrange shipping for you as soon as receive your order.
How long is our processing time?
For most items in "in-stock" status, our processing time is 1~3 business days. You would receive an auto-sent shipping notification email when we despatch.
Can I order in-stock items together with pre-order items?
You can do that of course! We would split the order based on the items' supply status, and ship the in-stock ones in bulk first.
We supply products in m.i.n.t. condition from direct suppliers and ensure authenticity from the shown brand (see label around product title).
If you need to cancel your pre-order, the refund amount will be determined by the following conditions:
If the request is made within 7 days after purchase, you will get a full refund.
If the request is made after 7 days, you will get an 85% of the paid amount, 15% as the cancellation fee.
If the request is made after the release notification, you will get 50% of the paid amount from a refund or transfer, or 70% store credit from a voucher or reward points which you can use as discounts for future purchases.
If the project is confirmed canceled by the supplier, you will get a full refund with no questions asked.
The reason for the cancellation fee
In order to secure all pre-orders, we need to make purchase contracts with our suppliers that include non-refundable deposits and purchase commitments that must be fulfilled. Pre-orders canceled due to buyers' reasons will cause additional purchasing/warehousing costs for us.
In order to take better control over the purchase plans and storage costs, please kindly understand that we need a part of the payment as a cancellation fee to offset the risks and costs.
We don't take responsibility for pre-order release delay
As a seller, we do not promise actual shipping times for pre-order products and do not take responsibility for the release delay, as it is entirely up to the suppliers and factories.

Process your order as soon as the product is officially released
Respond to your requests on your order progress during the wait with all information we can provide
Order cancellation requests with "release delay" still need to comply with our pre-order policy. Please consider carefully before making the pre-order, and make sure that the product is what you do not mind giving it some extra time.
