Hello, all products with "in-stock" in the title are actually "in-stock" and ready to ship.
This product just released this week, we are offering it as in "in-stock" status. If you are interested in this item, welcome to order it from our store, we'll pack it well and ship it to you as soon as possible.
1. Do you ship to my country? What carrier do you use?
In standard shipping (free), We use China Post and UBI to carry the shipping, all packages would be sent with fully traceable tracking number. In regular time, the shipping takes 2-3 weeks.
In expedited shipping ($19.99), we use DHL, EMS, ARAMEX or special lines. The shipping takes 1 week usually.
2. Can you declare a lower price on the package?
Yes. We mark packages in a lower price (under $20) in default. We use "Scale Model Parts" as a common description to avoid sensitive information.
3. Is the product new and sealed?
A: We only provide products in 100% new condition. (Please note that most boxed figures are not factory-sealed with shrink plastic film, but all of them are brand new)
4. Can I return the product if I don't like it?
Because of the high requirements on M.I.N.T packaging condition, please know that we do not accept returning unless the product has severe defects / shipping damage beyond repair after the package is opened. Please consider thoroughly before purchase. For more details, please refer to our return / exchange policy
5. What if I receive a defective product?
The supplier would be responsible to provide after-sale service and product quality control. If you receive a defective product, we would resolve it for you according to after-sales policy
6. Can pre-order be cancelled if I change my mind?
Orders before product is released could be cancelled with a full refund.
