Payment plans: "full price" and "deposit"

 

We offer two payment options for eligible pre-order products: Full Payment and Deposit Payment.

Full Payment

Eligible Products

  • All in-stock products can only be purchased using the Full Payment option.
  • All pre-order products support Full Payment.

How It Works

When you place an order using Full Payment, the entire amount is collected at checkout, including:
  • Product price
  • Shipping fees
  • Applicable taxes
Once your order is placed, no additional payment is required before shipment.

Deposit Payment

Eligible Products

Deposit payment is available for most pre-order products. Some lower-priced products may only be available with the Full Payment option.

How It Works

You can reserve your item by paying a deposit at the time of purchase and pay the remaining balance closer to the product's release date.

Deposit Amount

The deposit is calculated as a percentage of the product’s full price, usually around 20% of the total product price.

Reservation Priority

Orders placed with a deposit receive the same reservation priority as orders paid in full.
Your reservation is secured once the order is confirmed. After the product arrives and the balance has been paid, your order will ship alongside fully paid orders.

Balance Amount

The remaining balance is calculated as:
Product Full Price − Deposit Paid
Shipping fees and taxes are collected together with the deposit when the order is placed. Therefore, the balance invoice only includes the remaining product price.

Balance Payment Method

The balance invoice will be sent via PayPal to the email address used when placing the order.
Please ensure that your order email address is valid and accessible.

When Will the Balance Invoice Be Sent?

Balance invoices are typically sent after we receive notice that the product's release is approaching.
For products with higher value or larger quantities, balance collection may begin earlier than usual.

Balance Payment Deadline

Balance invoices remain valid for 15 days.
If payment is not received before the deadline, the order will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
If you require additional time to complete payment, please contact us before the invoice expires.

Deposit Refunds

Please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy for information regarding deposit refunds.

Important: Make Sure You Receive Our Emails

To avoid missing release updates and balance payment notices, please ensure that emails from us are not filtered into your spam or junk folder. We also recommend adding our email address to your safe sender list.
If you place a pre-order using the Deposit Payment option, we will send email notifications:
  • When your balance invoice is issued
  • Before your balance invoice expires
  • If your balance invoice becomes overdue and the order is canceled

     

    Deposit option is usually available as long as the product itself is still available to be pre-ordered. However, you may see the deposit option temporarily unavailable in these cases:

    • It might be because that the item is about to be released soon has entered the "balance payment" procedure.
    • Or, it could be that the inventories we put on "deposit" option are temporarily sold out. We probably can still replenish them if the products are still available.

    You can contact our customer service to ask for details.

    The major use of reward points is that they can be redeemed to coupons (store credits). You can use these coupons as money to get discounts on your future purchases.

    We currently support coupon redemption for the following 2 amounts:

    • 500 points for a USD 5.00 off coupon
    • 1000 points for a USD 10.00 off coupon

    The conversion rate between the points and discount value is subject to the actual display. You can access the reward panel and click "ways to redeem" to get more details.

    In most cases, the USD price of a pre-order item will remain the same from the time you place the order until the item is released.
    If you paid a deposit, your remaining balance will be calculated based on the USD price shown when you placed the pre-order. If the product price increases before release, your balance will not increase because of that later price change. 

    Promotional discounts

    Pre-order items are not included in promotional campaigns or direct price markdowns during the pre-order period.

    If the price is reduced before release

    In rare cases, we may reduce the product price before release due to lower sourcing costs, market adjustments, or other pricing considerations.
    If this happens, we will use the lower final price as the base price when calculating your remaining balance.

    Pricing corrections

    In rare cases, we may need to correct a product price due to a system error, listing mistake, or staff operation error.
    If we discover such an issue, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and confirm how you would like to proceed.

    Shipping Costs

    Our product prices already include a base shipping cost. As a result, the listed price may appear slightly higher than the market price, but for many destinations, no additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

    Free Shipping Areas

    If the shipping cost to your country is similar to our base shipping cost, a Free Shipping option will be available at checkout.

    You can scroll to the bottom of this page to check whether your country is included in our free shipping areas.

    Other Destinations

    If the actual shipping cost to your location exceeds our base shipping cost, you will be charged the difference at checkout.

    Customs & Tariff Impact Fee

    For some destinations, a customs and tariff fee may be included in the shipping fee shown at checkout.

    This fee helps cover customs duties, tariffs, or related import charges that we prepay on your behalf.

    Available Shipping Options

    For some destinations, multiple shipping methods are available. All available options, pricing, and service details will be displayed during checkout.

    Standard vs. Premium Shipping
    Shipping methods are categorized as Standard Shipping or Premium Shipping based on delivery speed and courier service level—not on whether the shipping option is free.
    Premium Shipping
    • Typically delivered within approximately 1 week.
    • Shipped via expedited commercial courier services.
    Standard Shipping
    • Typically delivered within 2–3 weeks.
    • Actual delivery times may vary due to seasonal demand, customs clearance, and local carrier processing times.

    When Additional Shipping Charges May Apply

    1. Standard Shipping Is Unavailable
    If standard shipping cannot be used for your order, we may automatically upgrade the shipment to premium shipping and collect the price difference.
    This may happen when:
    • The package exceeds the size or weight limits accepted by all available standard shipping carriers.
    • All standard shipping services available to your address become unavailable due to force majeure events, such as carrier disruptions, strikes, severe weather, or policy changes.
    1. Split Shipments Under Premium Shipping
    Premium shipping includes a fixed charge per package.
    If your order must be shipped in multiple packages, we will contact you before shipment to collect the additional shipping fee required for the extra package(s).
    Important: Split shipments sent via Standard Shipping do not incur any additional shipping charges.

    How long is our processing time? 

    For most items in "in-stock" status, our processing time is 1~3 business days. You would receive an auto-sent shipping notification email when we despatch. 

    Can I order in-stock items together with pre-order items? 

    You can do that of course! We would split the order based on the items' supply status, and ship the in-stock ones in bulk first.

    Cancelling an Order

    Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team.
     
    Whether a cancellation fee applies, and how much can be refunded, depends on the product type, how long it has been since the order was placed, and whether the pre-order item has entered the balance payment process.
     
    Please note:
    • Customers cannot cancel orders directly through their account.
    • A cancellation request must be submitted before the order is shipped and must be confirmed by us before the order can be cancelled.
    • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it through our return process at your own expense.
    • Cancellation requests made for personal reasons may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation requests due to pre-order release delays are still considered buyer-requested cancellations and may still be subject to the cancellation fee.

    Cancellation Fees

    To make sure each pre-order can be fulfilled, we confirm purchase quantities with our suppliers based on pre-order demand, pay deposits, and commit to the agreed purchase quantities. Therefore, cancellations requested for buyers’ reasons may create additional purchasing, inventory, or storage costs for us.
     
    To keep our purchasing plan reasonable and control storage costs, cancellation requests submitted after a certain period may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the risk and cost caused by order cancellation.
     
    If you request to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund.
     
    If you request to cancel your order more than 7 days after purchase, the following rules apply:
     

    Products Marked as “Non-Refundable Deposit”

    • If the order was paid by deposit, the paid deposit will be kept in full as the cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.
    • If the order was paid in full, we will deduct the corresponding deposit amount as the cancellation fee and refund the remaining amount.
     

    Products Not Marked as “Non-Refundable Deposit”

    We will charge 15% of the paid amount of the cancelled item as a cancellation fee, up to a maximum of $10 per item.
     
    If the pre-order item has already entered the balance payment process, meaning that we have sent the balance invoice or payment notice, the cancellation fee will increase to 50% of the paid amount of the cancelled item.

    Overdue Balance Payment

    If the balance payment deadline has passed and we have not received your response or payment, we will cancel the order if it is still eligible for a partial refund.
     
    In this case, the refundable amount will be issued as a store voucher by default.

    Cancellations Caused by Circumstances Beyond the Buyer’s Control

    No cancellation fee will be charged if the order must be cancelled due to reasons outside the buyer’s control, including but not limited to:
    • Manufacturer production cancellation
    • Inventory shortages or supplier stock-outs
    • Shipping suspensions or delivery restrictions
    In these situations, a full refund will be provided.

    Refund Method for Cancelled Orders

    Refunds are usually issued back to the original payment method whenever possible.
     
    If the original payment was made more than 180 days ago and the original payment method can no longer be refunded, we will provide reimbursement through one of the following methods:
    • PayPal transfer
    • Store voucher
    • Reward points
    Please note that PayPal may charge a transaction fee when receiving transferred funds, typically around 4%. Any such fees are determined and collected by PayPal and will be borne by the recipient.

    EU Customers

    Starting from July 1, 2026, if you are located in the European Union, your order may also be subject to the EU right of withdrawal, where applicable.
     
    This means you may have additional rights to withdraw from your purchase within the statutory withdrawal period. For more details, please refer to the relevant section in our Return Policy.

     

     

    Why does the product price appear higher than the market price?

    Our listed product prices already include a standard shipping cost to help you estimate the total cost more easily. Because of this, the product price shown on our website may appear higher than the item-only price shown by some other retailers.
    If your order is shipped to one of our Free Shipping Areas, no additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout. The final shipping details will be shown in real time during checkout.
     

    Why do different variants have different prices?

    Some products are available in multiple variants, such as standard editions, deluxe editions, or versions with different accessories. Each variant may have a different price.

    How does deposit payment work?

    For eligible pre-order items, you may choose to place your order with a deposit.
    • The deposit secures your reservation.
    • The remaining balance will be charged separately via a PayPal invoice when the product's release date is approaching.
    • The balance amount is calculated as:
    Displayed Full Price − Deposit Amount = Remaining Balance
     
     

    What currency will I be charged in?

    All orders and transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).
    • You may choose a different display currency while browsing the store for reference purposes.
    • However, once you proceed to checkout, all prices will be converted and charged in USD.
    • The remaining balance for deposit-paid pre-orders is also calculated in USD.

     

    Will exchange rates affect my balance payment?

    Possibly.
    Because balance payments are often collected several months after the initial deposit, exchange rates may change during that time. As a result, the final amount charged in your local currency may differ from the estimated amount shown when the deposit was originally paid.

    General policy

    • Applicable regions: At this stage, tax or import-related fee handling mainly applies to EU and US orders. Orders shipped to most other countries or regions are not currently charged additional taxes or import-related fees by us at checkout.
    • How we handle taxes and import-related fees: For orders where applicable taxes or import-related fees apply, we use shipping channels that help handle the related taxes, fees, and customs clearance in advance. In most cases, customers do not need to pay these charges again upon delivery or handle customs clearance themselves.
    • When the fee is charged: If applicable taxes or import-related fees need to be charged, they will be shown and collected when the order is placed on our website.
    • How the fee is displayed: Because these fees are usually handled through the shipping process, they are included in the shipping fee shown at checkout instead of being displayed as a separate tax line.

    EU orders

    • Policy background:
      • Since July 1, 2021, the EU has applied VAT e-commerce rules and introduced the IOSS system for VAT declaration and payment on eligible low-value goods imported from outside the EU with a value not exceeding €150.
      • Starting from July 1, 2026, eligible low-value import parcels may also be subject to an additional fixed tariff of €3. As a result, applicable orders will be charged an additional tariff impact fee.
    • How EU taxes are handled: EU orders may be charged VAT or other import-related taxes. We usually use an IOSS-supported or tax-prepaid shipping method, so VAT and customs clearance can be handled through the shipping process. In most cases, customers do not need to pay the same tax again upon delivery or contact customs directly for clearance.
    • Amount: The applicable fee for EU orders consists of two parts: Applicable fee = category-based tax impact fee + fixed tariff impact fee
      • The category-based tax impact fee depends on the product category. For most applicable EU orders, this amount is usually around $5 or lower per item.
      • Starting from July 1, 2026, a fixed tariff impact fee of $3.50 per applicable order will also be charged due to the tariff policy change.

    US orders

    • Policy background: The US previously allowed eligible low-value imports with a declared value of $800 or less to enter under the de minimis rule without regular duties. Starting from May 2, 2025, the US removed the de minimis duty-free treatment for low-value shipments from mainland China and Hong Kong. As a result, related shipments may be subject to customs duties, additional tariffs, or other import-related charges.
    • Current impact fee and handling method: At this stage, we are not charging a separate customs and tariff impact fee for US orders. We currently use duty-paid or tax-prepaid shipping methods where possible, so customs duties, tariffs, and related import costs can be handled through the shipping process. In most cases, customers do not need to pay additional customs duties, tariffs, or other import-related charges upon delivery.
    • Possible future impact fee: Duty-paid shipping can be significantly more expensive. We will continue to monitor policy changes and their long-term impact on our shipping costs. If tariff rates, import rules, or shipping costs remain high or increase in the long term, we may introduce a small customs and tariff impact fee to help cover part of the cost.
    • Estimated amount if introduced: If this fee is introduced, the amount will depend on the product category and package details. For example, a 1/6 boxed figure may usually fall around $5–$10, while smaller figures or accessories may have a lower amount.

    Future changes

    • Tax rules, customs regulations, tariff policies, and shipping costs may change over time.
    • If our handling method changes, we will update this page and notify affected customers before shipment when needed.
    • Any applicable fee will be clearly shown at checkout.

     

    Product weight and shipping weight limit

    The estimated product weight is displayed on the product page and is a gross value after packing.

    If your shipping address is outside the areas below, there are no weight limits on your packages. we have alternative shipping plans to carry heavier packages with no additional fees on your end. You do not need to consider weight limits when ordering.

    • If the overweight issue can be solved by split shipments, we will split the order into several packages and charge no additional fees
    • If your order is included with a single item over the weight limit and placed with the "standard shipping" plan, we will hold the shipment and contact you for advice
      • You can upgrade the shipping to "premium shipping" by paying the shipping price difference
      • You can provide us a new address outside the areas with weight limits

    Shipping time (supply status)

    A product available to be ordered can come with 2 supply statuses: "pre-order" or "in-stock" (you can tell it by the product title or supply status label on the product page)

    • In-stock products: Generally shipped 1-3 days after the order is placed.
    • Pre-order products: These need to be shipped after the official release from the supplier. The actual shipping time is only subject to the notice from the supplier. Due to the complexity of the production of art collectibles, which involves a great deal of purely manual work, the actual release time is usually later than the estimated release time at the time of the pre-order opening. We are not responsible for any production delays at the end of our suppliers.

    If your order includes items with different shipping estimate times (e.g. in-stock items and pre-order items, pre-order items with different release times), we will split it into separate packages and always send the available items firstly.

     

    Due to limited production runs and restricted quantities, some products may sell out quickly. When an item is no longer available, it will display a "Sold Out" status and can no longer be added to your cart.

    What happens if I already placed an order?

    A product selling out does not affect any confirmed orders or pre-orders.
    • If your order has already been confirmed, your reservation remains valid even if the item later becomes sold out.
    • For pre-orders placed with a deposit, the remaining balance is collected through a separate PayPal invoice and is not affected by the product's sold-out status on our website.

    Will sold-out items be restocked?

    In some cases, additional inventory may become available.
    If a sold-out item is restocked, customers who have subscribed to notifications will be informed automatically. To receive a restock alert, simply click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page.
