What can I do with an account?

Creating an account makes it easier to manage your orders and use member features.
With an account, you can:
  • Save and manage your shipping addresses
  • View and manage your orders
  • Add items to your wishlist
  • Access member benefits, such as member-only items
  • Earn and use reward points

How do I create an account?

Please note that placing an order does not automatically create an account. The contact email used for an order is only used to receive notifications related to that order. It does not mean that an account has been registered.
You can create an account from the registration page by entering basic information such as your name and email address.
In the legacy version of our website, you need to set a password when creating an account. In the new version, you do not need to set a password. You can log in with a verification code sent to your email.

What is the account email used for?

The email address used during registration will become your account email. We recommend using a long-term email address that you check regularly, so you do not miss important updates.
  • We will use this email to send important order-related notifications, such as shipping notifications, product release or balance payment notifications, and order cancellation notices.
  • We may also use this email as the billing email when sending PayPal invoices after the product is released and the balance payment is required.
