📘 Order Processing Status & Notifications

Main Order Statuses

Your order will generally be in one of the following main processing statuses:
  • Processing / Awaiting Shipment Your order has been confirmed and is waiting to be shipped. For pre-order items, this usually means the item is waiting for release or arrival from the supplier. For in-stock items, it means we are preparing inventory, packaging, or shipping arrangements.
  • Shipped / In Transit Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to the delivery address. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing, if applicable.
  • Canceled Your order has been canceled due to reasons such as a cancellation request from you, failure to pay the remaining balance, or other order-related issues. If applicable, we will send you a cancellation notification or contact you with further details.

Invoice Payment Updates

For pre-order items paid with a deposit, we may send invoice-related email notifications, including:
  • When the balance payment invoice is sent
  • When the balance payment invoice is approaching expiration
  • When the balance payment invoice and related order are canceled due to non-payment
Please note that paying a balance invoice does not usually create a separate order status update. After the invoice is paid, the order will remain in processing until it is shipped.
Once the package is dispatched, the order status will be updated to shipped, and you will receive a shipping notification.

If we need additional information or confirmation from you before we can continue processing your order, we may contact you by email. This may include issues related to your shipping address, shipping method, customs information, product availability, or other order details.
To avoid missing important notices, please make sure the email address on your account is correct. We also recommend adding our email address to your safe sender list and checking your spam or junk folder regularly.
