📘 Order Validity

When Is My Order Considered Valid?

Once your payment is successfully received, we will send an order confirmation email. This confirmation serves as proof that your order has been successfully placed and is valid.
Unless otherwise specified, your order remains valid even if:
  • The product page is later removed or becomes unavailable online.
  • Real-time inventory levels change after your order is placed.

Deposit Orders

Orders paid with a deposit have the same validity as orders paid in full.
A deposit order becomes valid immediately upon successful payment of the deposit. Validity is not dependent on the remaining balance being paid.

Failure to Pay the Remaining Balance

For pre-order items, the remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided.
If the balance remains unpaid after the product has arrived and is ready for fulfillment, we reserve the right to cancel the order and discontinue processing in accordance with our Order Cancellation Policy.

Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Items

In exceptional cases, an item may become unavailable due to factors such as:
  • Supplier allocation cuts or reduced supplier allocation
  • Production cancellation or discontinued production
  • Inventory system errors
  • Delayed inventory updates
  • Force majeure events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control
If an item in your order becomes unavailable or production is discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide appropriate solutions, which may include:
  • Order cancellation
  • Product replacement or exchange
  • Other available alternatives
