📘 Returned Packages

A package may show a return-related status during transit for reasons such as failed delivery attempts, security checks, customs issues, address problems, package size restrictions, or local delivery exceptions.

Return Status During Early Processing

When a package is first handed over to the logistics provider, it may occasionally be returned for reprocessing due to security checks, package size or weight limits, or shipping channel restrictions.

These situations are generally handled between us and the logistics provider. Unless we contact you for additional information or confirmation, no action is required from you.

If the original shipping channel cannot continue processing the package, we may arrange shipment through an alternative suitable channel. After the package is reshipped, the tracking number may be updated.

Return Status During Transit

A return-related tracking status does not always mean the package has been finally returned to us.

In some cases, the carrier may reprocess, reroute, or attempt to deliver the package again. If the issue is resolved, the package may continue moving as normal. If the package cannot continue after multiple attempts, it may be returned to an overseas warehouse or, in limited cases, to our warehouse in Mainland China.

Refused Delivery or Customs Clearance

Most international packages cannot be safely or reliably returned to the sender. Please do not refuse delivery, refuse customs clearance, or decline to cooperate with the local carrier without contacting us first.

If a package becomes delayed, abandoned, destroyed, or unrecoverable because the customer refuses delivery, fails to complete customs clearance, or does not cooperate with local delivery requirements, we may not be able to provide a refund, replacement shipment, or compensation.

If you no longer wish to keep the order after it has been shipped, please accept the delivery first and then follow our return process.

What Happens After a Package Is Returned

Once we confirm that the package is actually being returned, we will provide a solution based on where the package is returned to:
  • Returned to an overseas warehouse: We will follow up on the return progress and arrange reshipment as soon as possible after the package is received.
  • Returned to our warehouse in Mainland China: We will review the estimated return time, your preference, product availability, and package condition before confirming whether we can arrange a replacement shipment, reshipment after return, refund, or another suitable solution.
