📘 Shipping Process

Our orders are shipped from Mainland China.

Before your package reaches you, it will go through several shipping stages. You can track its progress at any time using 17TRACK or the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Below is an overview of each stage and what it usually means.
  1. Origin Processing

At this stage, your package has been prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier in China.

The carrier will process the parcel through its local sorting network, arrange export clearance, and prepare it for international transportation. Tracking may take some time to update while the package is being sorted or waiting for its flight.

  1. International Transit

At this stage, your package is leaving China and being transported to the destination country or region.
Tracking updates may be limited during this period, especially while the package is in transit between countries. This does not usually mean the package is lost; it simply means the parcel is moving through the international shipping network and has not yet received a new local scan.

  1. Destination Customs & Local Handover

After the package arrives in the destination country or region, it will go through import customs clearance and be transferred to the local carrier or delivery partner.

Customs clearance time may vary depending on the destination country, local customs workload, and the shipping channel used. Once the package is released, the local carrier will continue processing it for domestic delivery.

  1. Final Delivery

At this stage, your package has entered the local delivery network and is on its way to the delivery address.
The local carrier will arrange the final delivery according to its normal delivery schedule. Once the package is delivered, the tracking status will be updated as delivered or received.
