- Some "in-stock" items would ship later when suppliers resume operation (estimated in Feb 20~30)
If you want to know whether the items you are about to order could ship immediately, please send us a screenshot of your cart to firstname.lastname@example.org, email title please indicate "confirm inventory".
About the extension of holiday
Spring Holiday is the most important Chinese tradition holiday. We planned to be back on Feb 3 when the holiday is over. However, because of the outbreak of COVID-19, our country has required all enterprises to suspend operation until at least Feb 10, and meet a series of safety control requirements. Therefore, most Chinese enterprises (including most of suppliers) are not back yet.
We apologize for the extra waiting caused by COVID-19 on the orders during holiday, and hope you could kindly understand.
COVID-19 is transmitted through the respiratory tract mostly, and would die very soon after leaving human body, so the package won't have risks to carry it during international shipping. We have also taken strict disinfection during our working procedures. Please rest assured that your package would be definitely safe👌.
About the processing of orders during the holiday
We started to ship orders accumulated during holiday from Feb 11. Because the holiday is much longer than expected, some items need to be shipped after replenishment when suppliers are back.
