[Policy] Customs, Duties & Tax

🇪🇺 Tax policy for EU orders

All EU orders are subject to a small customs impact fee. We handle VAT and customs clearance through our IOSS number, so your package will arrive directly—no extra steps or payments required from your side.

  • Amount: The fee is based on the product category and capped at $5 under current EU tax regulations. (Please refer to the spreadsheet below for a breakdown.)
  • How it's charged: This fee is included in the shipping cost at checkout.
  • Taxes of history orders: For pre-orders made with deposits before July 21, 2021, we will add the tax to the balance invoice. The taxes are waived for history orders made with full payments.

🇺🇸 Customs & Tariff policy for US orders

Since April 2025, the U.S. suspended the de minimis exemption for goods imported from China and Hong Kong.

To protect our customers from unexpected fees, we’ve adopted a prepaid shipping method. All customs duties and tariffs are now handled in advance on our end, so there’s nothing more for you to pay upon delivery.

  • 🟢 Current impact fee: (Updated: May 17, 2025

As of now, we are still offering free shipping to the U.S. following the recent tariff rate reduction. We'll monitor the development of the policies and the long-term impact on our shipping costs.

  • ⌛️Possible future impact fee:

The duties-covered shipping method is very expensive. If the tariff rates are elevated in the long-term, we may introduce a small impact fee to help cover costs. The fee would depend on the product category, usually around $5–$10 for 1/6 boxed figures —similar to EU orders—with lower amounts for small figures & accessories.

    • 💚 Please rest assured: if we don’t charge this fee when your order is shipped, it means we’ve already taken care of all related costs on our end, and your package will arrive without any additional charges.

    •

🔁 If any changes: We’ll update the info here and let you know before your order ships. The affected amount will also show transparently on the checkout page, or the shipping cost line of your invoice.
