📢 Changes to EU Customs Duty Impact Fee from July 1
📢 Changes to EU Customs Duty Impact Fee from July 1

New Fixed Customs Duty Impact Fee for EU Orders

Starting from July 1, 2026, the EU will introduce a new fixed customs duty on low-value imported parcels. The duty is currently set at €3 per parcel as a temporary amount, and it may increase in the future.

Because of this change, we will add a fixed customs duty impact fee to applicable EU orders.

What will change?

Before this update, EU orders may already include a category-based impact fee, depending on the product type.

From July 1, 2026, EU orders may also include an additional fixed customs duty impact fee.

Now:

How much is the fixed customs duty impact fee?

The EU’s new fixed customs duty is currently set at €5 per low-value parcel. This amount is temporary and may increase in the future.

For now, this impact fee is set at $3.50 USD for applicable EU orders.

This amount may be adjusted in the future if the EU changes the fixed duty amount or if our prepaid shipping cost increases.

Where can I see this amount?

You can see the total taxes and customs-related amount in the shipping fee line of your order.

This amount is included as part of the shipping fee, instead of being listed as a separate tax or customs fee.

For example, for a 1/6 full-box figure, the shipping fee may include both the category-based impact fee for a 1/6 full-box item and the fixed customs duty impact fee for the package.

Will I need to pay again when the package arrives?

In most cases, no.

For EU orders shipped through our tax-prepaid channels, the applicable VAT, category-based impact fee, fixed customs duty impact fee, and import-related charges are handled in advance through the shipping method.

If there is any unusual issue during customs clearance, we will help follow up with the shipping carrier.

What about orders placed before July 1, 2026?

For orders placed before July 1, 2026 and shipped after that date, we do not plan to apply the current $3.50 fixed customs duty impact fee at this time.

However, if the EU increases this duty further in the future, or if our prepaid shipping cost rises significantly, we may need to review the cost for existing pre-order items when the remaining balance is collected.

If any adjustment becomes necessary, it will be reflected as part of the balance payment or shipping-related charge.
